Service Windows: Normal Hours = 7am–5pm (Mon–Fri). Out-of-Hours = 5pm–7am, weekends & bank holidays.
Consumables: Minor items (bags, ties, screws, filler, mastic) included. Larger/job-specific materials (plants, soil, timber, chemicals) billed at cost + 15% handling. Time procuring is billable.
Green Waste: Removal/disposal is not included. Waste will be left neatly in the client’s compost area or bins as instructed.
Safety & Compliance: RAMS provided on request; insured works with photo-documented logs in your client portal.
Seasonal Guide
Spring
First cuts, pruning, bed prep, jet-wash paths, fresh mulch.
Summer
Regular mowing/edging, hedge shaping, irrigation checks, patio refresh.
Autumn
Leaf blowing/collection, pruning back, moss treatment, pressure wash.
Winter
Low-growth upkeep, storm debris clearance, safety checks, prep for spring.
Grounds Maintenance FAQs
Can you work outside trading hours?
Yes. We can book morning slots (7–11am) or out-of-hours (5pm–7am) to avoid disruption.
Do you remove green waste?
No. Removal/disposal is not included. Most sites have bins or a compost area — we will place all waste neatly in your designated area. External disposal must be arranged separately by the client.
Do you supply plants and materials?
Yes. Larger materials and plants are billed at cost + 15% handling. Time procuring is billable.
Is this included in my retainer?
Yes. Grounds visits are billed at your retainer hourly rate during normal hours, or at your preferential out-of-hours rate if scheduled 5pm–7am.
